From February 6 to 8, 2020, the SCRIPTS Opening Conference took place in Berlin, introducing SCRIPTS and inaugurating the cluster’s research process.
The conference brought together more than 200 high-level experts from around the globe, including academic cooperation partners, representatives of the participating institutions, and colleagues with particular expertise on SCRIPTS-related topics. The conference’s aim was to present the SCRIPTS research agenda and position the cluster in the interdisciplinary academic and public spheres. A variety of panels, workshops and roundtables reflected and discussed the SCRIPTS research agenda, ongoing and prospective projects, as well as theoretical and methodological approaches.
The conference was opened on Thursday, February 6 at 5pm with a keynote address (open to the public) and subsequent reception. On Friday, Feb 7 and Saturday, Feb 8 the program featured numerous working sessions and events for invited guests.
Below you can find the full program as well as the overview and our first working paper. The video documentation will be available from June 4th 2021.
