Alexander Kleibrink is a policy researcher and professional in regional development, innovation processes & open governance. At the European Commission, he works on regional innovation strategies with a focus on priority setting in research and innovation. He organizes multi-stakeholder workshops and conducts trainings on innovation policies in transition countries. He has managed several large-scale research projects on good governance and taught research design, good governance and EU policy-making.
Prior to this, he gained work experience as a Policy Advisor for EU affairs (German Federal Ministry of Finance) and Research Consultant (Demos, London).
