Tobias Belschner is a researcher at the Thünen Institute of Sea Fisheries in Hamburg. His areas of research are the design of institutions to regulate the use of natural resources and the theory of public goods in general. Currently, his focus lies on the EU’s Common Fisheries Policy and options to reform it.
