SCRIPTS Diversity
We are committed to creating a welcoming, anti-discriminatory, and supportive space that values individuals from varied backgrounds, cultures, and identities. We believe that the unique experiences of each member will enrich the cluster decisively and contribute to a diverse, interdisciplinary research output.
The present guidelines help us bring our Diversity Commitment to life by mainstreaming diversity in every process of our work and through all parts of the SCRIPTS’ structure. We strive for gender equality in all status groups at SCRIPTS and continue to incentivize women and other marginalized groups to be represented and visible in the cluster's scientific outputs.
The institutions involved in SCRIPTS offer a complex support structure. We have compiled a summary of available resources, support, and counselling on topics such as racism and discrimination, gender equality, care and family, mental health, etc.
